I’m going to put my money where my mouth is on this one. You are going to tell me your number one goal and then what you feel is your biggest obstacle in reaching it. Then I will write out a fully detailed report on how to achieve that goal by mastering whatever it is that is keeping you from it.

I want you to tell me what your number one goal is. The whole reason you are on an exercises program. Think hard and narrow it down. I dont want to see “lose weight”. I want specific. If you could achieve one thing from all your efforts in the gym, what would it be?

What is your number one obstacle in achieving this goal?
