YOUR WORKOUT FOR THIS MONTH

If your ready or you have found everything easy so far, give this workout a try. If not, stay with the previous workouts. This little beauty gets your cardio and weight training all done in the same hour. It aint easy, but it sure works. My clients love it and its fun to run them through.

You do five supersets per exercise group. First set 15 reps, then 12/10/8/6. Right after you finish the weights, go and do your “rest” exercise for a minute.

Superset:
lunges and bench presses. The rep range is 15/12/10/8/6 after each superset you will (rest) by jumping rope for one minute and then go to the next set. The weight stays the same on all sets.

Superset:

Squat Presses and Hip rolls. Your rest is jumping jacks.
Squat presses are a cool exercise. You squat down and then on the way back up you press two dumbells overhead to also work the shoulders. You can see a video clip of it in the exercise descriptions section on the website.

Superset:

Pulldowns and Barbell Curls. Your rest is stepping up and down on a cardio step.

Superset:

Standing calve raises and bench dips. Your rest is BURPEE’S!
