Positive Results From Fat To Fit The Meltdown

Hey Ray! Its been a bit since my last update but here is the “skinny” haha on how its been going. So to date since I’ve started I have lost about 20lbs of fat, I put on between 10-13lbs of muscle, and I’m down to a 36 regular fit jeans from a 42 relaxed fit and my body fat percentage has droped from 23% to 18% -19%. for the past 2 wks I have combined the 6×10 workout with the second month routine. So on mondays, wensdays, and fridays I do the 6×10 and Tuesdays and Thursdays I do your chest, back routine Tuesdays, and on Thursdays I do your shoulders and arms routine.

As for your motivation book your working on you could sum it up in one sentence “Just get off your bum, give this routine your best, and as you get smaller your motivation will get bigger” haha, at least thats my experience with this all. Quick question though…

When ever I read about weight loss it was always something like 2lbs a week in general, in my experience with this its been more, isn’t it true that when you’re bigger you generally lose more at first than average and then weightloss tapers down as you get smaller? I never really understood that.

That is fantastic news Andrew! I’ll keep that info on file and I think I’ll put it up on the sales page too. Its nice when others can see that its possible to actually get results without gimmicks.

As far as the weight loss goes, your right. I had a client that was close to 400lbs and he actually lost 17 pounds one week. CRAZY.

Then as you get smaller so does the amount you lose…can you imagine being 150 pounds and then losing 17 pounds in a week?
You’d be sicker than a dog. The only reason I dont put that fact on the sales page is because I dont want EVERYONE to EXPECT massive weight
loss from the program…2-3 lbs is a very reasonable wide spread statement…

Congrats to you and sticking with it…I bet you’re feeling like a million bucks!
