Twitter Account Suspended? What To Do
A couple of days ago a wrote a post saying that I had my twitter account suspended. What a monkey wrench that threw in my daily routine. I hadn’t realized how much that had become a part of what I do and how I communicate with my readers now.
I was a little stressed because of two reasons. One: I had spent a lot of time building my twitter followers and didn’t want to just throw away that time invested. Two: I’m enrolled in the Schoemaker Passive Income course and Twitter is going to be the next topic covered! I had actually built a resources that we are going to use and a couple of days before I get to utilize a tool I bought and paid for in time… I got my twitter account suspended.

My Twitter Account Suspended
My twitter account was suspended today. I logged in a couple minute ago and there was the red box. I just reconfirmed a feeling I’ve always had about business. Never build a business around a resource you don’t control.
When I was personal training out of a gym, I was worried that once I established my business I would get the rug pulled out from underneath me. Law of Attraction? It did. …CONTINUE READING =>
Hiring A Trainer For Commando BootCamp Calgary
Commando Cardio Fitness Bootcamps are about to start up in Calgary in a couple of months and I’m looking for an “eager to learn” personal trainer to start off teaching classes with me and then eventually have their own class once they are ready.
You should be keen on callisthenics and boot camp style training with bodyweight and improvisation. You will be taught, but having experience teaching fitness in a class setting plus a basic understanding of outdoor conditioning is a plus.
If you are a certified personal trainer, in great shape, like an intense workout and can’t stand watching people train without participating yourself, then please forward your resume and any questions to Ray@buildingbodies.ca
This job will be done rain or shine, cold or warm, muddy or clean. You will be expected to run and or participate in 2 classes per week in the evening between 6-7:15 PM. If the job is a great fit, there is a possibility of a full time position personal training as well as having your own boot camp.
Health and Nutrition Lesson Plans
I just ran across a site that has a great concept but needs a little help to grow. The site is http://lessonplans.teacherlingo.com and offers elementary lesson plans. Now, like I said, I think it’s a great concept and here’s why I’m talking about it and why it needs some help.
They have Physical Fitness (Physical Education) as well as Health and Nutrition categories for lessons plans that teachers can upload and or download to use for their own classes. The only problem is that after a couple of searches in the search section on the main page in the areas that you as a reader of this fitness blog would find interesting, I found them lacking. …CONTINUE READING =>
BT – These Hopeful Machines
BT released These Hopeful Machines yesterday and I got my copy thanks to my buddy Kevin sending me an iTunes gift certificate via email. I didn’t even know you could do that but it sure is cool to open up your email to a pleasant surprise like that.
I’m listening to BT – These Hopeful Machines right now as I’m typing this and loving the glitchy ear candy. Compared to This Binary Universe, so far there are more vocals that make this album a little more ambient trancy than the usual awesome mind muck left to right glitch pan.
I’m not digging it but it fits the mass market better than his older stuff.

New York City Visit 2
This is the second part of the New York City visit series (New York City Visit 1 Here) and here is a the picture you can get of the Statue Of Liberty from the Staten Island Ferry. This really is a cheap and fun way to see some cool stuff and get out on the water and off the pavement.
Another thing to do on your New York city visit is to check out the parks. We grabbed an espresso and headed to a couple of parks, fell asleep in one and then headed down to the zoo.
Speaking of naps. If you are taking a new addition you should check out the infant travel bed from Eddie Bauer. It has a collapsible frame and is great for an afternoon travelling around the city or even an extended trip. It’s lightweight if you’re hoofing it, and it’s perfect for a nap on the go (for the kid, not for you dork). …CONTINUE READING =>
