I’ve been doing some research on the idea of developing an iPhone app for this site and came across one for triathletes at http://www.ontri.com/. Thought you might find that link useful since I get so many questions from you folks about Triathlete resistance training and how to cycle it into the years training.
So I want to pass the torch on this one because it’s not my specialty. So if you are into Triathlon and Marathon Training check those guys out and thier iPhone app.
You can get a ton more answers there then you could from me because, well, they have a members forum where all you running/swimming/biking type folk can trade around ideas. You can also get training plans for Sprint Triathlons, Olympic Distance Triathlons, Half Ironman 70.3, Ironman Triathlon, Half Marathons and Marathons.
They have coaches that do only that. So go see them
