(*Note From Ray: I Do Not Endorse Or Use Monster Energy Drinks And I Did Not Write This Article)
I have however found a very good use for this article on Monster Energy Drinks. And that’s why I am putting this video in here below:
After a hard day’s work, you feel like you have lost all your body energy. You just want to rest on your couch or bed and take a sleep, yet you still have activities you need to accomplish. You have to report on your regular exercise routine on a nearby health gym. After which, you will be having dinner with your husband or wife later on. Just how you will handle these activities if you are running out of energy?
Every one of us is releasing energy everyday. We use our stored body energy derived from foods that we eat first thing in the morning and throughout the day in order to mobilize our bodies on performing our daily task, whether in the office, school, gym, or anywhere. In addition, energy keeps our minds active as well so that we can think and act quickly on different tasks involved.
Aside from the foods that are the primary source of our body, there are also energy-boosting beverages that you can drink to artificially stimulate energy (*not without cost) that has been lost due to everyday activities. There are different varieties of energy drinks available in the market, and one of which is the Monster energy drink. Of what it is and other attributes of this popular energy drink will be discussed in the preceding sections of this article. Read on and learn more about the “monstrous effect” of Monster energy drink.
About Monster Energy Drink
Monster energy drink is manufactured by Hansen Beverage Company situated on Corona, California. It was among the pioneers of drinks that have marketed their products on a 16-ounce can, which is twice as large as the regular bullet-size energy drink, yet offered in the same price. Presently, Monster energy drink market is now on most convenience stores and supermarkets within the United States and Canadian territories.
The packaging of Monster energy drink, in case you do not see it yet, is black 16-ounce can with the neon green-colored letter “M” (the logo for Monster energy drink) shaped like a claw. In addition, it has also a green pull tab located on the top of the can, making it easier for you to drink the contents without exerting too much effort on opening it (*ooookay…..).

Note From Ray: I personally won’t touch these energy drinks anymore. Having said that, in day to day life, anytime you stimulate yourself with an outside source, you will usually experiance a crash equal to to amount you overstimulated. This includes even the old mild mannered coffee. You also have to take the sugar content of the drink into consideration as well. No matter how you slice it, if you need an energy drink then you should probably look at your lifestyle first.

HEHEHEHHEHEHE I LOVE MONSTER
F$%& YEAH I LOVE MONSTER!!!!!!
WE LOVE MONSTER IT KICKS ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL
And Monster Loves You All As Well LOL
JUST TO BE CLEAR EVERYONE… This is a public reprint article. I do not use and most certainly do not endorse energy drinks ANYMORE… Having said that, people are still coming hear and reading the article.
I have three choices.
1) Publicly shoot down energy drinks and possibly get sued by the company.
2) Take the article down. I won’t though because if this article leads people to healthy articles, then thats a great thing.
3) Endorse enegry drinks and say they are awesome. I don’t feel they are so I’m not going to do that.
So where are we now? Here is an article I put up a long time ago, I’ve changed how I treat my body and the things I consume. I did not write the article, but I’ll leave it up for open discussion on ENERGY DRINKS and how you like them and if they are good for you or IF THEY ARE JUST ANOTHER CHEMICAL CONCOCTION USED TO MEDICATE SOCIETY.
Haha I love monster energy
tee hee
This is stupid. You should not endorse products like these and say it will replenish you. Did you know that those vitamins and minerals are in typical foods we eat everyday? Mega dosing on them does more harm than good. And the sugar content! The only effect you will get from these stupid engery drinks a unwanted weight gain and maybe a little perk with the caffeine, but then a crash. Don’t waste your money people.
FIGHT ON “UNKNOWN”
I can see where you’re goin with this, I used to be a fan myself.
Taurine leads to heart cancer, and or liver cancer.
That much sugar is awful for you.
Sure they taste good, and energize some people, maybe its just that is what they tell you to think so you conince your body it is energized.
The fact that i’m writing this hence that I might possibly need a life,
drink it all you want though,
if thats what you want,
go for it.
It’s your life to live
entirely

i found out that red bull no sugar is the best for u
The no sugar in favor of aspartame is a very heated argument. I don’t personally feel that aspartame is safer than sugar at all.
energy drinks are horrible!! but so goooooood!!! seriously though pot is so much cheaper and its way better
monster energy drinks have some benefits for people who suffer from fatigue, energy loss. like ginsengs side affect is the inablility to sleep. taurine is beneficial for blood pressure and aleviates cardiovascular aliments. appearently it also prevents liver diseases. guarana helps endurance and and in no way affects body wieght. it also increases memory retention and , just like chocolate, puts you in a good mood
although most of the research of these ingredients proves healthy, having TOO MANY energy drinks is bad for you. However, the recommended dosages are good enough..
Thank you very much for posting this article. I am doing a Science project and I had to find out the ingredients of sprite and monster. This article helped me alot… so once again thank you very much.
Your very welcome Tatiana.
no carb drinks are the worst, since u get the low carb by using aspertame to replace sugar and that give u brain tumors, I drunk a lot of zero drinks and had brain tumor with 38 years of age, 2 brain surgeries so far, stay away of zero drinks, I don’t believe the low carb monster has the same ingredients even the can say so, how it get to have only 10 calories compared to 100 (per 1/2 can serving) with the green monster drink? maybe with aspartame but it is not written on its label. the 100 calories look very suspicious too, maybe the green can also has aspertame, It should be made illegal to use, but this is about billions of dollars and they don’t care about us peasants.
rockstar is the best
im still in my teens, yet i know that monster and other energy drinks are very dangerous! my dad used both coffie and monster to get him through the day. (he’s a football coach and a teacher, and he always is on the move!) so he went to bed when he got home. at 3am, he gets up to go to the bathroom and my mom is up. he faints and gets himself sent to the emergency room. he had a miny stroke!! (preatty creapy!!!) the only good thing is i got to stay home from school! however, everyone thougth i went to the ER. so…STAY AWAY FROM ANY STIMULENT!!
im also doing a science project, and needed to find the ingredients, we are testing to see what different substances do to a daphnia (micorscopic organism) we are testing to see what things will speed up its heart rate, i imeadeatly thought MONSTER!! hopfuly it doesnt kill it
EWWWWW its so gross
monster is bad
thank you i am doing a lab and monster was involved and it has helped me.
and ive never had an energy drink and they seem gross. i stick to water and ice tea
Monster is delicious. It is not
in any way, shape or form, an
ordinary soda or soft drink. I
like to have a can with my
favorite legal weed.
::Check yourself at the door.
This is not green tea. This Green has good properties, and
you might say it’s a blast. In
considered doses, it’s fun to
drink. So ban it. IMMEDIATELY!
Life is too much fun anyway(?)
i love monster its the shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!so take a big wiff!!!!!!!!!!!=)
I HATE CORPORATIONS FOR THIS REASON…
I am letting everyone I know about this situation and to check this video out, it makes me SO MAD when they do this. We like our beers here in the midwest and have a high respect for small breweries and wineries. I do like energy drinks with my mixed drinks but MY MORALS are higher on my list…
Remember, its hard to climb a mountain but its easier to fall off of it. In other words monster is not the only energy drink out there and can easily be replaced.
RAY, do what you have to do, DONT LET THEM SCARE YOU AND IF SO LET US KNOW, YOU HAVE A HUGE SUPPORT TEAM HERE. I think this should make it on Good Morning America and The Early Morning Show, maybe this clip should be sent to them…
MONSTER IS OUT!! IM SWITCHING TO REDBULL =) They give you wings~
MONST3R All dA WAy!!!!
I will never buy another Monster energy product again, because of the legal action your co. brought against Vermonster beer. I will also encourage anyone and everyone I know to boycott your products also. Your company I now associate only with greed. I only hope one day you run into similar senario with huge Co. like coke.
I work for Coca-Cola who distributes Monster in the Northwest. While i don’t agree with what the company is doing to Vermonster, Isn’t beer just as unhealthy and perhaps even more potentially dangerous for you than an energy drink? Just avoid both and your probably better off.
I had to look into this further so I just found this!! Vermonster Beer Co gets to keep their name. Here is the article on it. I guess this is old news now =) Its nice to see America is still somewhat “For the people & by the people”. Anyhow here is the article and keep me away from politics =) Bye~

Thanks Iza! Glad to hear that it all worked out in the end
Do you energy drink lovers realize that you are hurting yourself by sucking down this…this…this little can of practically poison.Your hurting yourself every time you take a sip of it.It’s not healthy for you and will hurt you. What’s attracting you to drink this?Is it the design of the can.The advertisements. Before you suck down another can think about one thing:What are you really drinking when you drink this.If anyone feels my argument is incorrect feel free to contact me.I would love what you all think about this “poison”!
I was addicted to these for a year and a half. Like drink at LEAST one everyday and I am like 90 pounds. I love monster so much but it was time to quit. It messed with my attitude and being able to sleep at night. I would be trying to sleep and my heart rate was way to fast to for resting. Since I’ve quit my overall body and attitude feels much better. I didn’t realize much of this because it was just a habit to feel this way. But I finally woke up and quit. So be careful with the way you drink this.
I have started doing research on these drinks, My 13 year old son wants to drink these when he is snow boarding. It has just freaked me out. We are debating the saftey of the energy drinks, he came home from the mountain with a “Monster” can in his pack. Do you feel that this is safe for him to have? My sister-in-law who is a er nurse seems to think it is no big deal, could this be the new gate way drug?
i may use this info for my science project:) thanks
