Barbell curls supersetted with dips off bench
Clean and press-4×6
Sprints with medicine ball
Specialized Chest Routine
Dips 15/12/10/8/6
Incline Dumbell Presses 3×10
Pec Dec Machine 3×12 (pump and stretch)
