Lose Weight On The Chest And Glutes

Today I have two weight loss questions that I will be answering in a new way.

The first question is from a male who would really like to lose some weight particularly in the chest area. He’s been working out for 1 to 2 years and the rest of his body has leaned out but his chest has not. He wants to know if running will reduce chest fat along with some other chest exercises to get rid of his chest fat.

The second question is from a female who is 33, weighs 129lbs and is 5 foot 4 inches. She asks about her current routine and how to tweak it so that she gets better results for her thighs and glutes.

Here is something new I am trying to show others what it is like to be a member of FLS and have your training and nutrition questions answered by a trainer. Here is the first video answers clip!

I’d love to hear what you think!

    Hey Ray,

hi thanks so much for putting your u tube ! Buddy system doesn’t works for me, but I do go on line and find inspiration from fitness and nutrition articles like yours. I have to say regular messages from your site that comes in my email is a really a great help. I’ve lost an additional 7 lbs from the 20 I’ve already lost since I’ve started 8 mos ago. ( I’m still not in my ideal weight, though) I’m sure I speak for most of us who really are trying, when I say “your’re heaven sent!” Keep it up!

I think specifics and attention to details are probably where you want to look.
