Hi Ray my name is Mike Hinton and iam a recentaly certified trainer ISSA. I am excited at what you are doing and would like to get involed. I live in Modesto CA. The problem i have is i do not have a place to train clients Who did your web site and what does it cost to maintain. I would appretiate the advice . Ehanks for your time.

  4. Ray Burton says:

Hey Mike. You don’t need a place to train clients. I could give someone a workout in my bathtub if I wanted. Use what you got and brand it all your own.

As far as the website goes, it’s all me. As to how much it costs to maintain, that’s tuff to answer. In time, a lot. It’s what I do. I answer questions and get paid for it. As far as in money terms, it’s well worth the investment if you have a passion for this sort of thing.

  5. Abere says:

Hi Ray can you be my trainer here on line and how much it’ll cost me ?

    and BTW you’re a genius:)

  6. Ray Burton says:

Hi Abere, I train clients online and answer client questions in the membership coaching site at http://www.fasterleanerstronger.com/FLS-Factor-Training.html . For right now, it costs $49 for the first month and $19.95 for each month after that you would like my coaching. It’s an amazing deal that will be going back to regular price soon.

What do you get? My coaching and help for all your questions. I’ll be your trainer. You’ll also get both my programs “Fat To Fit” and “Six pack Abs”. Actually, you get a whole bunch of stuff like videos and everything. Too much to list here.

    Check it out.

First a comment on the exercise. It has the “look” of some of the things I have seen in Tai Chi, and Chi Kung, and they tend to be “slower”. My cartillage is goinng and currently my weight slows me down a little, though things are getting better in that direction.

As an aside, the other conditioning exercise, “the bear” was more difficullt. One of you colleagues has a version of the same in a stationary mode. I did that for a while, and crawled forward. It’s still slow going, but better than before.

At any rate, I think I might change my leg work in line with the lung-squat. If anything it will do some for my legs. The stronger my legs get, the better chance I have of keeping what cartilage is still there.

Okay, I am past sixty, the experts tell me that the body slows down. My accupuncturist tells its inevitable–is it? If it can be reversed, how, if it my accupunturist is correct how do you maintian what you have?

  8. I love lunge jumps! My athletes that i train hate them which of course makes me love them even more!
