Someone sent me your website because I used to be in the PPCLI and 2 Commando/Pathfinder Pl, when they saw your ‘Commando Cardio’ they figured we must have served together.

I got out in ’96 as a Warrant Officer serving in JTF2, I doubt we know each other but I do live in Calgary and I do coach athletes, just a different kind of demographic.
