Commando Cardio Fitness Bootcamps are about to start up in Calgary in a couple of months and I’m looking for an “eager to learn” personal trainer to start off teaching classes with me and then eventually have their own class once they are ready.
You should be keen on callisthenics and boot camp style training with bodyweight and improvisation. You will be taught, but having experience teaching fitness in a class setting plus a basic understanding of outdoor conditioning is a plus.
If you are a certified personal trainer, in great shape, like an intense workout and can’t stand watching people train without participating yourself, then please forward your resume and any questions to Ray@buildingbodies.ca
This job will be done rain or shine, cold or warm, muddy or clean. You will be expected to run and or participate in 2 classes per week in the evening between 6-7:15 PM. If the job is a great fit, there is a possibility of a full time position personal training as well as having your own boot camp.

Feel free to leave a comment, share you opinion below.
Someone sent me your website because I used to be in the PPCLI and 2 Commando/Pathfinder Pl, when they saw your ‘Commando Cardio’ they figured we must have served together.
I got out in ‘96 as a Warrant Officer serving in JTF2, I doubt we know each other but I do live in Calgary and I do coach athletes, just a different kind of demographic.
You can drop me a line anytime through my website:

Good to see another Infantryman looking after himself.
Regards,
Shaun
Will do Shaun, I got in during 98 and out in 2001 I think it was so we probably missed each other.
Nice job on the JTF, thats what all the cool kids wanted.
Cool to make contact. I have your website and contact info so I’ll keep that on the short hand and like wise if you ever want to drop a line.
Roger that.
Now get back up on that chinup bar, maggot.
Wow sounds like a tough boot camp, even for the instructors
Yea, it’s tuff but we all wear bunny slippers and superman underwear so it all evens out.
