I fell off the workout wagon! I also came down with bad cold and flu for 4 days. Finally feeling a little better today. Hoping to workout tommorow. rephrase that..I will workout tommorow.

Happens to everyone around here too. Mostly stomach bug. Best thing to do is FULLY recover, don’t rush it… and dream about getting back to the gym and how awesome it will feel…. and how awesome it will make you look.

Then when you are ready…. Rip it up.
