Hey Ray,
Question for you – what’s your thoughts on carb cycling?? Have been reading articles on cycling carbs in this manner: 2-3 days nothing but protein/fat/veggies; then 2-3 days adding starchy carbs and fruit if craving sweets; then day 7 is a cheat day. Recommends only doing this for about 3 weeks and then to eat starches how you would normally. These articles were written with fat loss in mind. (Yes, I know – I read too much information!! I should be way leaner!!!)
Thoughts??
Thanks,
Yvette
It works if you can stick with the process. Everyone will react differantly but this is mostly how I eat. However I do it by instinct. I do not actually measure it out, I just add in the starches or fruits when I increase my workout load and go with more veggies and fat on non active days.
If you have more questions I do not mind answering them at all but it might be good for the other readers if you post your question in the fitness forum on the site so that others with the same questions will go “oh, yea! cool, I was wondering about that!”

Commando Cardio Fat Loss Bootcamp Workout
I was checking out your website today and am really interested in your commando cardio program (beginner). I am seriously thinking about it but I need some more information, well I need all the information. I have a very odd schedule and it will change twice within the 3 month period so I am trying to figure when the class is offered to try to work my schedule around it. I need to know the cost of the program and anything else you can think of like what type of clothing and shoes to wear, what ever you can come up with.
Thank you so much and I hope to hear back from you soon
Sincerely
Chantelle
For non-members of probodies gym, the drop in cost is $10 for the commando cardio class. It runs on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. You can wear whatever you are comfortable sweating in. Regular running shoes work just fine. Sometimes I even train bare foot so it doesn’t really matter! I wouldn’t go with sandals though!

A Question Of Getting Motivated For Fat Loss
I have really lacked motivation to go further, and I wanted to hear your thoughts about this. I mean, I want it, I visualize myself more fit and toned from where I am now, and everyday I try to get back on “the wagon” only to fall off again four days later. So though I have not gained any inches or weight, I have not progressed any further, and I find it very difficult to both stay positive about myself and my potential to achieve the body that I want, and also to stay within my calorie limit for weight loss.
