It is through watching your online personal training tips that I’m able to keep on striving towards my goal to reaching that 175 lbs. mark again I want to say THANK YOU.

I get it and I love your stuff, but what if we cant do heavy squats with a bar on our shoulders, due to back injury. What do you suggest then to get the intensity going on.

    11. Ray Burton on

Watch the video again. The answers were there. You focused on what you can’t do… now listen for the other suggestions.

Hey Ray! im thinking of adding an extra upper body exercise to my routine. could to suggest (or is there) a compound exercise that would work my serratus anterior, pectorals major and minor and maybe my deltoids? or if there are some on this site could you link me i can find em.. :(

    17. Ray Burton on

Tom… would you like that exercise to make you a cup of coffee as well? :-) immediate response. Pullover presses would handle pretty much all of that.

    18. Tom on

    20. Frank Nemcic on

Ray,please explain to me about your workout program. I am 53 years old and have been a gym rat for the better part of thirty years. I havent worked out for two years because of arthritis and injuries.I want to ease back into it and i am wondering if your system will offer me something different! Thanks Frank

    21. Karen Huang on

Your video made me laugh…I wish I could be as funny as you :-) Thanks for the workout tips, I was lifting weight and doing cardio for the past 8 years, it was addictive. But i had to end up quitting because of the budget. I can only say that once you start working out, you don’t want to stop or you loose the shape.
