Back Step Lunge Glute Exercise

I needed a clip of back step lunges for the glutes for better clarity in the best glute exercises article so I stole a little clip from the Jump Start Workout Program. You can pick the Jump Start Workout up separately so you can workout at home with or without equipment but premium subscribers get it for free inside as one of the many programs and percs available as part of being an enhanced subscriber.

In this clip you’ll see a version where I also include a curl and a press just for multi tasking reasons but what I want to show you is only the back step lunge exercise. Usually I only like to do the forward stepping lunge if I am actually going to move forward as in walking. It does not feel as natural to me to push back out of the lunge as it does to move forward. You may find it different for yourself.

Give that a try with or without weight. It’s a great one I use a lot in my boot camp classes to tighten butts. As well with New Years resolutions approaching, I have the usual door crasher special on for the enhanced newsletter and members forums combo. You get every single one of my programs I have ever written as well as the membership and premium newsletter for ONLY $9.97. First 100 subscribers only

Once I fill this years quota, I’ll be shutting it down to new members and subscribers.

You can become a premium newsletter subscriber here.
