Animal Exercises For MMA Conditioning

Bodyweight exercises that mimic animal movements or quadrupedal movement (QM) as some call them are excellent for sports conditioning, MMA functionality and play a large role in parkour movement.

For those that simply like to work out in any location, these bodyweight exercises that mimic natural animal movements are great for fat loss also and have been used for years by martial arts instructors to get their students in shape and encourage fat loss via burning a ton of calories in a short period of time.

The bodyweight animal movement shown in this video is called “The Panther” by Derek Tisdale (our MMA coach for http://www.fitterfast.com ). Because these movements have been around for years, everyone calls them something different. Just take the movement for what it is, call it what you want and use it for a great conditioning workout.
