After a year of training, I&#039;m down 23 pounds to 208, on a 6&#039; 01&quot; frame... And the food intake has improved dramatically. Wife calls me a health freak, but she&#039;s a marathoner (can you imagine?).

		<description>I liked the point about the ketchup. People often obsess about the small stuff but are totally oblivious to the big picture. Another example is artificial sweeteners. Using an artificial sweetener in your coffee instead of sugar is okay -- but pretty useless if your main diet is bad!</description>
