I had the most awesome experience this morning. Depending on where you are this may or may not ring true…. but falling on ice SUCKS.
Lately because of the Mexican Fat Loss Experiment, I’ve been doing a.m. cardio walks to get the blood flowing and add to my total low intensity activity. I take off in the wee hours and head for the woods. I love it. We’ve had warm and cold spurts here in Calgary so the trails looks super clean and clear one minute and then you turn the corner on a downward slope and you turn into a human star fish hoping for the best. …CONTINUE READING =>
The Mexican Experiment - My Caloric Daily Intake Trial
This is my Mexican Experiment. A trial in Caloric Daily Intake. It’s very hard for me to do this because I HATE gaining fat or even risking gaining fat. I like to have abs year round. I let the sharpness of those abs vary a bit but I like to have a set and still maintain a pretty normal lifestyle.
A recent poll from you, my readers has shown that you need more info on nutrition and eating. I realize how true this is now seeing how confusing and conflicting all the information is out there.

“I am planning on joining Army Rangers, or Navy Seals, but I’m looking for the perfect workout that I can do anywhere that will build my pt score exercises up(pull-ups to 30, push-ups to 200, sit-ups to 200, and squats to 200) do you think I can reach those goals with commando cardio?

Booster Juice Calories Mind Over Matcha
I was just totaling up my calories in my spreadsheet today when I realized that I did not have the calories for booster juice in there (you can download the cheat sheet fave foods with nutrition data and calorie counter in the members area here with the other tools and resources). I drink the Mind Over Matcha most times and it’s been popping up a lot lately in my daily calories as my after workout shake. So I needed the data.
